1. No Refunds After ShippingOnce an order has been processed and marked as shipped, it is non-refundable. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for shipped items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

​2. Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.​Provide clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label.Upon verification, we will either resend the correct item or offer store credit.

 

3. Lost or Undelivered OrdersWe offer guaranteed shipping with a 99% success rate. If your package is lost in transit:

Please contact us after 15 business days from the shipping date. We will investigate with the courier and offer a reshipment if confirmed lost.

 

Note: Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.​

 

4. CancellationsOrders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the status is “Processing” or “Shipped,” cancellations are no longer possible.

 

​5. Refund MethodApproved refunds (if any) will be issued as store credit or refunded to your original payment method, based on the situation.
